Job Description

1. Job SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting sales, promoting company services, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall marketing initiatives. The role focuses on increasing business volume, customer satisfaction, and market presence in assigned territories.

  • 2. Key Responsibilities🔹 Sales ActivitiesIdentify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, calls, and digital platforms.
  • Promote and sell DG Set AMC, Service, Spare Parts, and other Kirloskar Care offerings.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to close deals.
  • Maintain sales pipelines and achieve monthly targets.
  • 🔹 Marketing ActivitiesSupport branch-level marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Maintain market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Assist in organizing local events, camps, and customer meets.
  • Promote Saan Royal brand values and Kirloskar Care standards.
  • 🔹 Customer Relationship ManagementVisit customers regularly to understand service needs and expectations.
  • Handle customer enquiries promptly and ensure satisfactory solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and influencers.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely service delivery.
  • 🔹 Documentation & ReportingMaintain daily sales reports (DSR) and submit them on time.
  • Track payment collections and support the accounts team in follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of calls, meetings, and sales closures.
  • Update CRM/Sheets as per company process.
  • 3. Skills & Competencies RequiredStrong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
  • Understanding of DG Sets/Automobile industry (preferred).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • 4. Education & ExperienceQualification: Diploma/Graduate (Engineering background preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
  • Industry: DG Set, Automobile, Power Solutions, or related field preferred.

5. Salary RangeAs per company norms based on experience and skills.

  • 6. Additional RequirementsMust own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
  • Professional behavior and customer-oriented mindset.
