Security Guard

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of the company premises, employees, visitors, and property. The Security Guard will monitor activities, control access to the premises, and respond to any security concerns.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and patrol company premises regularly to maintain security.
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Check ID cards and maintain visitor records at the gate.
• Prevent unauthorized access to the premises.
• Report any suspicious activity, theft, or security breaches immediately.
• Ensure safety of company property and equipment.
• Maintain security logs and daily reports/Gate pass records.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, or incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with management and emergency services if required.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
• Maintain Attendance Records and coordinate with HR Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass.
• Prior experience in security services preferred.
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Working Conditions:

• Day Shift 12 Hrs *All Day
• Required working on weekends or holidays.
