Job Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, active, and experienced Accounts & Billing Executive who is highly proficient in Busy Accounting Software and ERP management. The ideal candidate must have a strong grip on billing processes, bank reconciliation, and should be highly aggressive and smart in recovering outstanding payments from the market.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

ERP & Billing Management: * Create accurate job bookings and add new items in the Printing ERP system.

Monitor the daily billing cycle to ensure 100% of jobs produced in the factory are billed the same day.

Busy Software Expertise: * End-to-end management in Busy Software (Generating Invoices, E-Way Bills).

Accurate daily entries of Payment-In and Payment-Out.

Creating, updating, and maintaining party ledgers flawlessly.

Payment Recovery (Crucial Role): * Follow up aggressively with parties for pending payments and overdue accounts.

Maintain a polite yet firm approach to ensure timely recovery without spoiling client relations.

Reconciliation & Excel (MIS): * Daily Bank and Cash reconciliation.

Clearing 'Suspense Accounts' on a daily basis by tracking unknown payments.

Must be highly proficient in MS Excel, especially using VLOOKUP to cross-match data between the production ERP and Busy Software.

Candidate Profile / Requirements:

Min. 3-5 years of hardcore experience in Billing, Accounts, and Recovery.

Must be an expert in Busy Software and MS Excel.

Sharp, proactive, and problem-solving attitude.

Should not leave tasks pending for the next day.
