Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make follow-up calls to clients/customers for outstanding payments.
  • Maintain daily collection records and update MS Excel trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment-related queries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for timely payments.
  • Achieve daily/weekly collection targets as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in payment collection is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
  • Work knowledge of Advance MS Excel is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of reconciliation process will be considered for this role.
