Job Description:

Meadbery is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our pharmaceutical products effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during interactions

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of telesales or sales process (pharma experience is a plus)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month
