About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Counsellor to join our education and migration consultancy team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and a passion for guiding students and clients through their academic and migration journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for students and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Maintain student files in line with compliance and privacy requirements.
• Follow up on documents and assist with student queries.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of counselling or administrative experience (education/migration sector preferred).
• High attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; Punjabi preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
