Solution Analyst

Role Summary

We’re hiring a hands-on Solutions Analyst to keep servers healthy, secure, and up to date. You’ll handle daily operations, user/access management, routine maintenance, and first-line troubleshooting—while communicating clearly with global clients. We value problem-solving, ownership, and simple, clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily health checks (uptime, services, event logs, storage, performance).
• Apply updates/patches with change windows and rollback plans.
• Manage users, groups, permissions, and remote access settings.
• Troubleshoot common issues (login/access, services not starting, resource alerts, basic network/DNS).
• Maintain backup/restore routines and verify recoverability on schedule.
• Implement basic security hygiene (least privilege, credential hygiene, firewall rules).
• Keep runbooks/checklists and incident notes up to date.
• Communicate status and next steps to clients/teammates in clear, professional English.
• Escalate with a concise summary of findings and actions taken.

Must-have

• B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) from a recognized university.
• Good spoken and written English for global client communication.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to learn quickly with minimal guidance.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server (2019/2022) and modern Windows clients.
• Comfort with remote administration, basic networking (IP, routing, DNS), and service management.
• Reliability with night-shift work and on-time attendance.

• Basics of PowerShell/scripting and task automation.
• Monitoring/alerting concepts and incident handling.
• Backup/snapshot strategies and simple DR testing.
• Exposure to change management and ticketing.
