Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Store OperationsMaintain optimal inventory levels to ensure materials are available when required
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain the quality of all materials and parts
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Maintain accurate records of incoming, outgoing, OK, and defective return materials
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and task allocation
- Develop and maintain dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Inventory Planning & Cost ControlAnalyze consumption data and identify trends for effective MSL planning
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize wastage and improve profitability
- Billing, MIS & Online Portal OperationsMaintain accurate records of all billing transactions with proper documentation
- Prepare and analyze billing and MIS reports as required
- Handle online portal billing and dispatch activities
- Perform stock reconciliation between online portals and company software
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, dispatch, or stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures and timelines
- Compliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal obligations
- Maintain discipline, audit readiness, and operational transparency
