• Education: Graduate (Preferred: BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, ME/M.Tech)
• English: Intermediate English
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Shift: Day (Full Time)

• Provide step-by-step technical assistance and maintain proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure uptime for critical applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot SMPP Gateway connections for messaging platforms.
• Handle backend operations for RCS campaigns and monitor their efficiency.
• Assist sales and marketing teams with product-related technical queries.
• Manage WhatsApp API integration and client-related issues.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend technical improvements.

🎓 Preferred Industry & Courses:

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
