About the Role

Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd is looking for a Telecaller to support pre-camp awareness, patient coordination, and post-camp follow-ups for our health and wellness camps. The role involves calling potential participants, informing them about upcoming camps, and ensuring smooth communication before and after the camp activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Camp Awareness

• Make outbound calls to residential societies, corporate employees, and potential participants to inform them about upcoming health camps.
• Explain camp benefits, services offered, and registration process.
• Encourage people to participate and book their slots for the camp.

2. Patient Coordination

• Maintain a list of registered participants and coordinate their appointment timings.
• Provide necessary information regarding camp location, schedule, and available services.
• Address basic queries related to the health camps.

3. Post-Camp Follow-ups

• Conduct follow-up calls with participants after the camp.
• Collect feedback and assist patients with further consultation or services if required.
• Update and maintain call records and follow-up data.
