Telecaller

We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to join our Customer Success team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their travel needs, and providing appropriate guidance and assistance to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers regarding travel services and packages.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
• Build positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle customer concerns politely and effectively.
