Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain property details.
• Handle inbound inquiries from interested buyers and investors.
• Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their property needs.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Share project details (pricing, location, amenities) clearly and professionally.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone.

Requirements:

Fresher with strong communication skills in English (mandatory).

• Confidence in speaking on the phone with new people.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
