Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Make ~200 outbound calls daily using our dialer and calling list.
- Follow a simple script to introduce the company and identify interest/fit (no selling).
- Ask basic qualifying questions and tag/update leads in the CRM.
- Maintain clean records and daily activity reports; follow DND/data privacy rules.
Requirements
- Confident communicator; comfortable talking for long stretches.
- Good spoken English only (this is a pure English process).
- Freshers are welcome—training provided.
What You Need
- A laptop with at least an i5 processor.
- Basic computer skills (dialer/CRM/Google Sheets).
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace.
- Comfortable with night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
