Telecaller Outbound

What You’ll Do

• Make ~200 outbound calls daily using our dialer and calling list.
• Follow a simple script to introduce the company and identify interest/fit (no selling).
• Ask basic qualifying questions and tag/update leads in the CRM.
• Maintain clean records and daily activity reports; follow DND/data privacy rules.

Requirements

• Confident communicator; comfortable talking for long stretches.
• Good spoken English only (this is a pure English process).
• Freshers are welcome—training provided.

What You Need

• A laptop with at least an i5 processor.
• Basic computer skills (dialer/CRM/Google Sheets).
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace.
• Comfortable with night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST).
