Job Title: Tele-Caller – International BPO (Australian Solar Process)

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Shift Timing: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (IST)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tele-Caller to join our International BPO team for the Australian Solar process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior experience in cold calling and lead generation, and a result-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers in Australia

• Generate qualified leads for solar solutions

• Maintain accurate records of calls and leads

• Deliver clear and effective communication in English

• Meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

• Proven experience in international BPO is preferred

• Own laptop and stable internet connection required

• Ability to work in early morning shift
