Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell homeopathic medicines over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining product benefits, addressing queries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote homeopathic products.



Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and usage guidelines clearly and confidently.



Understand customer health concerns and recommend suitable homeopathic solutions (as per company guidelines).



Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.



Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM/software.



Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.



Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.



Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.



Stay updated on product knowledge and new launches.



Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and service.




Required Qualifications & Skills:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).



Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.



Basic knowledge of homeopathy or alternative medicine is preferred.



Strong communication and persuasion skills.



Fluency in Hindi, English



Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
