📝 Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls related to visa and immigration services. The candidate will guide clients through visa options, generate leads, and convert inquiries into successful applications.

1. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
2. Handle inbound inquiries related to visa services.
3. Explain visa types, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
4. Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
5. Schedule appointments for visa consultants.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
7. Maintain client database and update CRM systems.
8. Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries.

• 🎓 Required QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in telecalling / sales (visa or immigration experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
