Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our Mohali office. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining immigration services, generating leads, and booking appointments for counselors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
• Explain immigration programs, visa categories, and company services.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
• Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with interested clients via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience (immigration industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM handling).
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in immigration, education, or visa consultancy.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Strong follow-up and closing skills.
