Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain immigration and visa services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding immigration processes, documentation, and fees.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with immigration consultants or case officers.
- Understand client requirements and assist them in choosing the right visa category.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through excellent communication and support.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Stay updated on immigration rules, policies, and visa updates for various countries (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe).
