Job Description

The post holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to clients interested in studying in the Canada, UK, USA ,Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries. She will work to specific targets set by the Office Head and her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated towards the work. We are looking for a Candidate must have minimum 6 months to 2 years experience of visa counselling and telecalling in immigration and have good knowledge about work, tourist and visitor visa,

• Able to handle face - to - face or over the phone enquiries regarding visa
• Must have good communication and convincing skills
• Must have a pleasant personality
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets as set by the management team
• Strong negotiation skills with a result - driven approach
• Advising potential students on education opportunities in the Canada, UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries.
• Advising students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries.
• Assisting with activities to promote Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries.
• Maintaining accurate ledger and computer records of clients counseled and applications sent to the Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries.
• Liaising with students, other offices and client Requirements.
• Undertaking project work as decided by the Office Management.
• Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations.
