Visa Counsellor

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Counsellor to guide clients through the visa application process for study, work, or immigration purposes. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of visa regulations, and the ability to assist clients with documentation, interview preparation, and application submissions.

• Key Responsibilities :Counsel clients regarding visa processes for countries like New Zealand , Australia, etc.
• Guide clients on documentation requirements, application procedures, timelines, and legal regulations.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing visa applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with embassies or consulates as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest immigration laws, embassy updates, and visa policies.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of client data and visa submissions.
• Follow up with clients and consulates to track application status and respond to any queries.
• Provide post-visa guidance (travel arrangements, pre-departure orientation, etc.).
• Build strong client relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Meet individual and team targets related to visa processing and conversions.
