Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Visa Counselor for our Chandigarh branch. The candidate will assist students and clients with study abroad and visa application processes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students & clients on study visas, visitor visas, and immigration pathways.
• Provide guidance on country selection, course selection, and admission options.
• Evaluate student/client eligibility and advise on visa requirements.
• Assist with documentation, form filling, SOP guidance, and file preparation.
• Stay updated with immigration rules, embassy guidelines, and visa changes.
• Coordinate with admissions team, VFS centers, and embassies.
• Maintain records, follow-ups, and convert prospects to successful files.
• Achieve monthly targets for admissions and visa filings.
• Provide excellent service to ensure client satisfaction & referrals.

Note:- . 1–3 years experience as Visa Counselor preferred (Study Abroad industry).

. Strong knowledge of visa filing for Canada, UK, Australia, USA, etc.

. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
