Role OverviewThe selected candidates will provide expert guidance to clients seeking Study Visas, Tourist/Visitor Visas, and Permanent Settlement options for Australia, Canada, USA, UK, and other leading global destinations. The role involves end-to-end student counseling, admissions support, visa documentation, and application processing while ensuring full compliance with immigration regulations.

• Key Responsibilities Counsel students and clients on overseas education opportunities and visa pathways for Australia, Canada, USA, and the UK.
• Evaluate client profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and courses based on eligibility and career goals.
• Manage end-to-end visa application processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Guide clients through visa interviews, biometrics, and medical procedures.
• Coordinate with universities, colleges, embassies, and VFS centers.
• Track application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and support junior counselors (for senior roles).
• Maintain proper documentation, CRM records, and achieve monthly performance targets.
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate qualification (preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Study Visa Counselor (for experienced roles).
• In-depth knowledge of Australia, Canada, USA, and UK study visa processes.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently with precision.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Student-centric, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
