We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Telecaller with a background in the immigration sector to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in client engagement, providing accurate information, and supporting potential clients throughout their initial inquiry process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain our immigration services.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide detailed, up-to-date information on various immigration programs and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the customer database.
• Schedule consultations and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Address client concerns courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to calls and conversions.
