Job Description
- Provide guidance: Advise clients on the visa application process, including the requirements for different types of visas
- Manage documents: Organize and maintain documents, including application forms and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance: Make sure clients follow the terms and conditions of their visas
- Stay up to date: Keep current with immigration policies and regulations
- Prepare applications: Prepare and submit visa applications for clients
- Provide customer service: Respond to client questions and provide support
- Follow up: Check in with clients to address questions and handle registrations
- Maintain records: Update visa records and keep track of student information
