The ideal candidate will provide expert advice and assistance to clients regarding study and visitor visas, helping them understand the requirements, processes, and best options for their international travel and education goals. You will be responsible for evaluating applications, guiding clients through visa documentation, and ensuring that all paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.

• counselling clients
• Providing counselling face to face, over the telephone, or online
• Working with individuals, families or groups
• Keeping confidential records
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients
• Listening to clients' concerns, empathising with them, and helping them to see things more clearly or in a different way
