Job DescriptionWe are a growing Immigration & Overseas Education Consultancy and are looking for experienced Visa Counsellors to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of visa processes and excellent client-handling skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients for Study Visa, Tourist Visa, PR (Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Europe, etc.)
• Understand client profiles and recommend the best visa options
• Explain eligibility, documentation, timelines, and visa procedures
• Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, and online enquiries
• Assist clients with application forms, SOPs, and document checklists
• Coordinate with documentation and filing teams
• Maintain client records and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets
• Stay updated with latest immigration rules and policies
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–5 years of experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Consultant
• Strong knowledge of study/work visa processes
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; Punjabi preferred)
• Client-focused, confident, and professional attitude
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Basic computer skills (Email, CRM, MS Office)
• Preferred CandidatesExperience in Canada / Australia / New Zealand visas
• Prior work in a registered immigration consultancy
