📢 We Are Hiring – Experienced Visa Telecallers
We are looking for experienced telecallers for our Visa & Immigration Office who can confidently explain visa processes and services to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Explain visa and immigration processes clearly to clients
- Guide clients regarding documentation and eligibility
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Visa/Immigration telecalling is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi will be an advantage)
- Good client-handling and convincing skills
- Professional and target-oriented approach
