Job Title: Bookkeeper Job Type:Part-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our small company. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities: • Record all financial transactions in the company's accounting system • Verify and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable • Manage the company's payroll, including processing employee salaries and tax withholdings • Prepare and file tax returns and other financial reports as required by law • Monitor the company's financial transactions and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the management • Prepare and send invoices to customers • Track inventory levels and assist in inventory management • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of the company's financial transactions • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements • Assist in the preparation of the company's annual budget Qualifications: • 12th pass/ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 1+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Salary: The salary will be depend on experience and qualifications.
