  1. Compilation of Financials:

  • Preparation of Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets
  • Drafting notes for financial statements
  1. Monthly Reporting:

  • Capable of using software for business analysis and reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools for reporting purposes
  1. Regular Vendor Management:

  • Handling invoicing & expense recording
  • Managing payables reconciliation & follow-up activities
  • Overseeing recoverables reconciliation & follow-up tasks
  1. Stock Management:

  • Recording stock levels and maintaining accurate records
  1. Tax Knowledge:

  • Ability to calculate advance tax and TDS
  • Experience with TDS return filing
  • Skilled in GST calculation and return filing
  • Familiarity with tax software like Computex

  • Good memory for retaining important information
  • Main Accountabilities:Technical Knowledge Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for online bookkeeping and maintaining accounts, including general ledgers for multiple companies (5-6 companies).
  • Ensure all accounts are up-to-date and produce accurate P&L statements, Balance Sheets, and other monthly reports.
  • Manage account receivables and follow up on payment management.
  • Handle stocks and generate invoices and project invoicing as per project timelines.
  • Maintain organized documentation according to company policy.
  • Possess decent knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and GST.
  • Other Important Skills/Qualities:

  • Exhibit an excellent attitude towards learning and working collaboratively in a team.
  • Demonstrate willingness to take initiative.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Competent in document management using MS Office.
  • Familiarity with software such as Zoho, QUICKBOOKS, and online Tally.
  • Ability to independently manage client account finalization, liaise with clients and other stakeholders, and troubleshoot.
  • Qualifications Preferred:M. Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter or any equivalent qualification.
