Job Description
- Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, invoices, and bills
- Record daily transactions in accounting software (Tally / ERP)
- Assist in bank entries, cash book maintenance, and reconciliations
- Prepare and verify sales, purchase, and expense entries
- Assist in GST compliance including data preparation, returns, and reconciliations
- Support monthly closing activities and MIS preparation
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records
