Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Busy and Tally software, expertise in GST, and hands-on experience in bank reconciliations and audit processes

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions in Busy and Tally.
• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and other ledgers.
• Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and financial reports.
• Support statutory and internal audits with accurate records and documentation.
• Maintain proper books of accounts and ensure timely data entry.
• Handle vendor payments, receivables, and payables efficiently.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Accountant.
• Proficiency in Busy and Tally ERP software.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and tax compliance.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and basic audit procedures.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
