Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Accountant to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliances, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of accounting principles and be well-versed with GST, TDS, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily accounting operations and maintain financial records

* Handle accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoicing

* Prepare GST, TDS returns and ensure timely filing

* Process and manage payroll and employee reimbursements

* Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

* Prepare financial statements and MIS reports

* Coordinate with external auditors for audits

* Maintain inventory, assets, and support cost control

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

* 2–5 years of relevant work experience

* Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

* Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory laws

* Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or any ERP software

* Exposure to handling multi-location accounts or franchise-based businesses

* Prior experience in the education/training industry (preferred, not mandatory)
