Location: Corporate Office – Sector 43B, Chandigarh

Experience: 2+ Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant qualification

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and audit-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and Oracle.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions
• Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and MIS reports
• Assist in internal and statutory audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and internal departments
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial activities
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Hands-on experience with Tally and Oracle
• Good understanding of taxation (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Experience in audit and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment
