Job Description
Process vendor payments accurately and on time
Maintain and reconcile Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
Record and manage purchase entries in Tally Prime, including bills and expenses
Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper approvals
Maintain accounts payable records and follow up on outstanding payables
Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and cash/bank books
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
Support GST-related work such as purchase reconciliation and data preparation
