Accounts Executive

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in accounting software ( Busy ).

Handle purchase, sales, journal, payment, and receipt entries.

Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation statements (BRS).

Maintain cash and bank records.

Assist in GST-related work such as data preparation, returns, and reconciliation.

Support TDS calculations, challans, and returns (if applicable).

Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records.

Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
