Job Title: Pharma Accounts Manager

We are looking for a Pharma Accounts Manager with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical operations. The role involves managing accounts, inventory, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage PURCHASE billing
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory tracking
• Handle billing processes and invoice management
• Manage payments, receivables, and vendor settlements
• Coordinate with the company’s Chartered Accountant for compliance and financial reporting
• Oversee purchase processes and vendor coordination
• Work closely with admin staff for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a pharma company is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of accounting and stock handling
• Proficiency in Marg software is strictly required (MUST)
• Good coordination and organizational skills
