Acquisition Manager-RA GRA-RL Sales-Regional sales

As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving sales for the bank. Your primary focus will be on acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the bank's products and services are effectively promoted in the region.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the bank's products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value.

  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a successful track record in the banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, with a results-driven approach.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed sales decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region for client meetings and events.
