Assistant Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant to join our dynamic team! If you have a strong understanding of accounts, payables & receivables, and hands-on experience with Tally and Busy Software, we want to hear from you!

• Key Responsibilities:Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and oversee the timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with company policies.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally and Busy Software to manage financial data, generate reports, and ensure efficient financial operations.
• Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, including bank and general ledger reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar accounting role is a plus.
