Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager at Burma Burma Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff scheduling and supervision
• Ensure excellent guest service and experience
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues
• Support the Restaurant Manager in overall store management
• Monitor inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Achieve sales targets and maintain operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in restaurant operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
