Roles & Responsibilities:

1. To engage with the partners at branch level to ensure their support, activation and achievement of Sales target in the given territory and with the given partner/s.

2. It will also involve liasoning both internally and externally to achieve the desired results.

3. Train & develop partner sales and service teams to enable them to pitch effectively to new customers and thereby achieve the business numbers.

4. Motivate and help partner employees to share and even close more leads in timely manner.

5. Improve the company's mindshare and thereby wallet-share.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Must be a Graduate

2. Locality having own two-wheeler

3. 1+ years of BFSI sales experience

4. Age up to 35 years

5. Comfortable for travelling to multiple branches,Role & responsibilities
