Associate Test Analyst

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Perform Performance Tests using various tools such as Load Runner and Dynatrace
• Report any issues in the Incident Management system such as ServiceNow or Azure DevOps
• Perform Regression/Functional testing for Projects during CRP/SIT/FAT phases.
• Communicate, and provide status updates on all activities and issues regularly with the supervisor and collaborators.
• Support our QA tool infrastructure and its users
  

Who You Are:
You are a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You are flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
For This Role, You Will Need:

• Good knowledge of testing concepts such as functional and performance 
• Ability to perform issue analysis and tackle it with minimal support.
• Understanding of Software Testing Lifecycle and Test strategy (Regression vs exploratory Test, Test/feature driver development)
• Knowledge of the CI/CD tool (Jenkins) is desirable
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other quantitative business-related field or equivalent experience required.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities in English
