Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain backend data and system records
- Perform data entry, data validation, and backend operations accurately
- Work on backend tools/applications to support business processes
- Prepare reports and maintain dashboards using MS Excel
- Handle system updates, backend documentation, and records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve backend-related issues
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance
- Follow defined workflows while suggesting smart and efficient improvements
- Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders
- Required Skills
- Basic understanding of backend systems / databases / applications
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters, pivot tables preferred)
- Typing speed of more than 30 WPM with high accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Smart working mindset with attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet applications
