Back Office Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Executive to join our team. The role involves managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely generation of reports, maintain databases, and provide insights that help improve operational efficiency and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data models, and reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and databases.
• Coordinate with different departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather and validate data.
• Provide support in audits and compliance-related reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Back office Executive, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization/reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
