Backend Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders received via website, marketplaces, email, phone, and internal sales team.
• Verify pricing, discounts, offers, and stock availability before confirming orders.
• Create and update sales orders, invoices, and delivery challans in ERP/CRM/Excel as per company process.
• Coordinate with accounts team for payment confirmation, credit notes, refunds, and pending payments
• Share daily pick–pack–ship lists with warehouse/dispatch team.
• Ensure correct products, quantities, and packing instructions are followed for each order.
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for pickups, tracking numbers, and delivery issues.
• Follow up on delayed shipments, damages, and arrange replacements/claims as per policy.
• Support sales team with quotations, proforma invoices, product details, and lead follow-ups
• Manage orders received from online platforms (website, Shopify, Amazon, other marketplaces, etc.).
• Update order status, tracking numbers, and basic information on portals on time.
