Bakery Helper

Responsibilities

• Baking and preparation: Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, and operate baking equipment.
• Decorating: Apply frostings, glazes, and edible decorations like fruits, nuts, and flowers to create appealing designs.
• Customization: Create custom designs for special events and work with customers to bring their cake vision to life.
• Production and logistics: Ensure all cakes are ready for pickup or delivery on schedule and assist with other production tasks as needed.
• Kitchen and inventory management: Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, clean and sanitize equipment, and manage and reorder ingredients and decorating supplies.
• Customer service: Answer customer questions, take orders, and handle any concerns related to cakes and designs
