We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager from the immigration industry who can lead our branch operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for achieving targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales targets and ensure monthly revenue goals are achieved
• Manage overall branch operations and team performance
• Handle client queries and ensure excellent customer experience
• Train, guide, and monitor telecallers & counsellors
• Ensure proper follow-up system and conversion of leads
• Maintain discipline and productivity within the branch
• Coordinate with management for reporting and strategy

✅ Requirements:

• Prior experience in handling a team (Telecallers/Counsellors)
• Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in the immigration industry
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and manage daily operations efficiently
