Job Description
As a BDE in immigration services oriented toward study visas, your primary job is to bring in new students/clients, guide them properly through the visa/admission process, and grow the business of the consultancy by converting leads into successful applications.

• Client counseling and eligibility assessment
• Compliance, coordination & client-service oversight

- Strong communication & interpersonal skills — to counsel students, negotiate with partners/institutions, handle clients’ concerns.
- Sales, persuasion & negotiation skills — to convert leads into clients, close deals, and negotiate collaborations/partnerships.
- Organizational & project-management ability — to manage multiple applications, track timelines, coordinate between teams, ensure compliance.
- Familiarity with visa/immigration rules, education systems and documentation processes — so you can accurately guide students and avoid compliance issues.
- Strategic thinking & networking — for expanding business, forming institutional/agent partnerships, identifying growth opportunities.
