Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Credit Consultants – Sales. In this
role, you will connect with prospective students, understand their education-loan requirements, recommend the best loan
options, and coordinate closely with banking partners to ensure smooth and timely loan processing. This is a sales-driven role
with a strong focus on customer communication and conversions.

Role Overview:
The Lead Qualification Executive will be the first point of contact for students seeking education loans. The role involves
connecting with leads, understanding requirements, qualifying profiles, and routing them to the appropriate teams for further
processing. Strong communication, attention to detail, and basic financial understanding are essential.
Key Responsibilities :
● Visit and onboard study-abroad consultants, coaching centres, and education counseling agencies within the assigned
territory.
● Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent lead flow from consultants.
● Train consultants/counselors on UniCreds’ loan offerings, processes, and student benefits.
● Achieve monthly lead targets and conversion goals through active field engagement.
● Track market insights, competitor activities, and opportunities for partnership expansion.
● Collaborate with internal loan processing teams to ensure smooth student application and disbursement.
● Maintain accurate records of visits, interactions, and business generated via CRM tools.
● Represent UniCreds professionally during meetings, events, and partner interactions.
Other requirements :
1. Strong communication skills.
2. This is a field-based role and not an in-office position.
3. Having a two-wheeler is mandatory for this role.
4. Travel and transportation expenses will be reimbursed in addition to the CTC.
5. Good email etiquette and phone-handling skills.
