Job Description

Are you a "hunter" who thrives on closing high-value deals? We are seeking a versatile Sales Executive to drive business for two distinct luxury brands: Ice Leopard Imaging (Premium Architectural & Corporate Videography) and ACGS (Gemological Certification, Education, and Jewelry).

This is a field-based role designed for a results-oriented professional who can seamlessly transition between pitching cinema-grade visual content and precision-driven gemological services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pitch to high-value prospects, including luxury real estate developers, boutique lifestyle brands, jewelry retailers, and private gemstone collectors.
  • Sales Life cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle for Monthly Retainer ships (social media content), One-off Projects (shoots), and Gemological Services.
  • Market Expansion: Proactively scout and secure new business opportunities within Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary face of both brands, ensuring professional representation and high lead-to-deal conversion rates.


Compensation & Incentive Structure We provide a competitive base salary combined with an aggressive, uncapped incentive structure.

Creative Service Incentives (Ice Leopard Imaging):


Retainer ships: Earn 15% to 25% of the first month’s revenue for every new recurring contract closed.

Single Projects: 10% commission on the total project value for one-off assignments.

Gemological Service Incentives (ACGS):


Proportional commissions on Gem Testing & Certification contracts, Student Enrolments (Education), Gemstone Sales, and Custom Jewellery Orders.

  • Target Kickers: Additional bonuses for exceeding monthly revenue milestones across both verticals.
  • Reimbursement: Competitive mileage allowance provided for outstation client meetings and field visits.
  • Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, luxury retail, or high-end service sectors.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
  • Mobility: Must possess a personal vehicle and a valid driver's license for client site visits.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
